Prices have softened a little it also depends on the size of your home. Oak Hills is a great area and homes typically hold their value well in that area.

I work in the Provo area and I'm very familiar with Oak Hills. I would be more than happy to give you a market analysis of your home to give you an idea of where you would need to be in order to sell.
