If you *just* listed the property, remember that it can take a few days for listings to propogate from the MLS out to all the public sites. Only then can the search engines see and index them.

If you really want to be sure, look at your listing "input sheet," which will have the zip code on it. It should also have the Squirrel Hill area code (210003), which is most important for the MLS. (Your agent can send you a direct link to the MLS listing as well.)

Lots of missing information in that listing...room sizes/floors, architecture, any fireplaces, almost nothing in Remarks field, No Lot & Block (required by MLS), No answer on home warranty , no answer on public transportation nearby (Clearly YES), no answer on school transportation. Only 8 photos...MLS allows 18.

It may very well be coded on the multi list in the correct subdistrict of Pittsburgh but may appear on other sites under the broader category of Pittsburgh Real Estate. You don't mention where you are looking to find your listing. Discuss this with your listing Broker for specific clarification. What a great time to be on the market! Best of luck to you.
