It usually take some time for the information from the tax agency to be posted on this or any other websites

Trulia is not an official source of MLS local activity. You can probably go to your local municipality to get general answers or ask a local Realtor®.

I also get calls on homes sold 2 years ago:(...
Trulia, Zillow and other large real estate portals seem to add new listings in a timely fashion, but they DO NOT remove/tag Pending or Closed properties as such.
Is that so they can claim they have a large number of listings?? I do not know
However, the county tax records should be up to date within 4-6 weeks of closing.

Sales will show up on the Multiple Listing service quickly after the closing date, but the other sides
get their feeds at different time frames... But as you can see the other agent provided you with the
link to where it is recorded as sold.
Good for you....
Good luck to you.

Hope this helps...

Good morning. I can only assume that Trulia get's it's feeds perhaps monthly from the Broward County Property Appraiser's database.

I just checked there for you and your property sale has been recorded. Here is the link for your information: http://www.bcpa.net/RecInfo.asp?URL_Folio=494104340280

Hope that helps, congratulations on the sale of your home and happy holidays!!

Hi,
I recommend asking the Title/Closing company who prepared your HUD-I Settlement Statement and closed your sale to check the status of the recording of the sale with Broward County and send you the update..
