As far as I am aware this is a service not available without access to the MLS.

Another piece of information that is also good to gather from the MLS is if there were any credit back to the buyer at the time of sale.

I am not aware of any service available to the public. Furthermore, even if the pubic had such data, the interpretation of the data is actually more important than the information it self. So I"d go with asking a Realtor.

Hi Sharon:

The best way is to ask a trusted Realtor to find the information for you. Most of the Realtors will do this (provide a Comparable Market Analysis) for you, as well as go to your house and give you adivse on what to do to best market your house.

By the way, most will do this as a service free of charge, and you will be getting professional advise in the mean time.

The only online service that I know of which allows sellers to look at length of time on market, asking price and selling price is the MLS.
