Hey Emily! I pulled your tax records and saw your refinance a year ago. I also see the prices in Brook Ridge now and what they are selling for. Where do you want to move and how soon do you want to be there? Brook Ridge is a fantastic community and I'm sure I could bring some Buyers to you. The tax records show your square footage at almost 2000 square feet. That's huge for a townhome. The tax records also say you have a garage. That's a big plus for any home buyer.

I also am a property manager, so if it doesn't make sense for us to sell now, maybe you should consider leasing the home and waiting for the market to get back to where it should be. I'd love to come take a look at your place.

Have a great day!

Hi Emily, are you interested in lowering your overhead but have lost equity in your home and are worried about being able to get a cheaper payment? I need to know a little more and I may be able to help.

Thank you,

You might want to expound on this post, Emily, or provide a link for a particular property. Good Luck!
