FIRST ANSWER
Currently that property is not for sale. The property only shows one closing in 1969. Those owners appear on public records as the current owners. There are lots and homes available in Golden Gate City. Unfortunately this particular property is not listed for sale. I will be in the area today and will check if it is a For Sale by Owner.
