Sherry, Home Seller in Tempe, AZ

looking for an experienced agent who is willing to represent sellers

Asked by Sherry, Tempe, AZ Wed May 20, 2009

I have a home for sale, not a short sell. I know most of realtors are hard working individuals, but in thiskinda of market, I am really looking for someone who is experienced market's ups and downs and specialized in representing sellers.

Sherry,

I know a great agent in your area that I work with. If you still need a referral feel free to contact me direct.

I also have over 7 years experience in Real Estate. I would be happy to provide an interview.

Consider interviewing in person a few local agents, or as many as needed from different realty companies, then choose the one you like best and who has the most to offer...

Hi Sherry,

Your question is a great one. Please read the blog I just posted this morning:

http://www.trulia.com/blog/kevin-debra_hammontree/

You definitely want an agent that has ridden this market from normal to crazy to where it is now. My husband and I have been in the business for 11 years and have definitely seen the changes. We acutally are Tempe residents (for 32 years) and know this market well. Plese feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Hello Sherry

Each home and sellers situation are different. Right now not being a Short Sale or a bank Owned property is a disadvantage to some degree. It all depends on how you market and price the home.

Email me your address, and I will put together a price & marketing plan for your home. I will return the plan via email, along with my requirements.

No pressure or strings attached.

Sherry,

That is a good reason to look for the right agent!

In this market it is about pricing, staging and extra photos as a part of marketing! I would be happy to assist you with any more information such as a market analysis and any other questions or help finding the right agent for you!

It is important that you interview any potential agents! I would ask for referrals too!

Feel free to contact me anytime! I personally have 6 years experience as an agent now!
