Each home and sellers situation are different. Right now not being a Short Sale or a bank Owned property is a disadvantage to some degree. It all depends on how you market and price the home.

Hi, It used to be about experience and Location. It is now about exposure, exposure, exposure!!! So you need to price your house at the correct price. You need to enlist an agent that has the ability to place this house on every website they can and showcase the house.They need to do a lot of pictures to show off the house. The agent needs to check daily to be sure the house is being brought up on internet.
