Your best and fastest source for the most recent sales will be from a licensed real estate agent. MLS rules require that changes be input to the database in a timely manner, generally 48 hours or under. It can take several weeks for a deed to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds in any county, and even longer for the sale to show up on the assessment data for the town.
