I'm not even a realtor and I can answer this question. Go to nneren.com and click on the state of New Hampshire. On the left side is a link for "Sold Listings". Click on that and choose "Dover, NH" from the drop-down list... enter in whatever details you want and click "Submit". Voila... you will see homes that sold and the price they sold for. Good luck.
Higher a buyers agent and become a client not a customer. All of this information will then become readily available too you.
Hi Anne Marie,
Perhaps you can be more specific as to your area interest...If you are searching Dover, what price range is important to you?

Your best and fastest source for the most recent sales will be from a licensed real estate agent. MLS rules require that changes be input to the database in a timely manner, generally 48 hours or under. It can take several weeks for a deed to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds in any county, and even longer for the sale to show up on the assessment data for the town.
