As Larry put it, we all like to hink we are in the top few. But the truth is, what you think is what counts. And what you think is based on what you are trying to achieve. There are alot of agents who will tell you what they can do, they are the tellers and sellers. Then there are Real Estate Consultants. Consultants ask alot of questions and together with the home owner or buyer, decide if they are the right fit and can form a mutually agreeable and beneficial relationship. That type of bond cannot always be achieved so sometimes we as agents must turn down the opportunity to represent a client. Likewise, clients should turn down the chance to work with an agent if the rapport doesn't click. I would love to interview with you for the job of selling your home.
