This market is traidionally insulated from the rest of the country.
With that being said, it's like trying to time the stock market. It's virtually impossible to figure out the PEAK time to sell. I would suggest interviewing a few agents with large firms and seeing who makes the most sense and gives you the best sense that they will work hard for you and be honest with you.

I would not advise waiting. If you know you want to sell, I would advise moving on it. We have been very lucky to have not seen the price drops of other parts of the nation, but prices have leveled and inventory is increasing. If you wait, you may be chasing the market down and have to have a series of price drops. I'd really like to talk to you about the best way to market it in this market. Please feel free to contact me.

t depends upon what you mean by a good time. The best time is always when you are ready to sell. If you are asking when the most market activity occurs, it generally follows the pattern of rising through the spring and reaching a peak in April thru June, plateauing from June thru September or October and then slowing thru the winter months and rising again come February or March.

If you are priced right and have a Realtor who knows how to expose your property properly, anytime is a good time to buy or sell.
