It is indeed a lovely home. My buyers are all looking for properties under $100. per sq. ft. and they are finding them. Talk to your Realtor. Ask for the stats. You may have 6 other homes within 5 miles or more, with the same criteria. The buyers will buy those before they buy yours. Good Luck.

That answer probably is best answered by your agent. I do open houses every weekend and ask for feed back from the prospective buyers. Hopefully she is keeping track of things and knows what people think about it.

In my opinion the house looks great and it looks like the price it set to sell.
