You can advertise the properties so long as you indicate that advertising is yours and any errors
or omissions are yours only. Basically you sign a waiver

You could always sell as owner, for your properties. OR help some body with out commercial intrest.

You can prob advertise as a FSBO. Why not just go for your RE license?
