i signed up as a real estate investor (not a broker or agent) . what are my options for advertising listings?

You can advertise the properties so long as you indicate that advertising is yours and any errors
or omissions are yours only. Basically you sign a waiver
You could always sell as owner, for your properties. OR help some body with out commercial intrest.

You can prob advertise as a FSBO. Why not just go for your RE license?
