There are 8 active listings in Rustlewood today ranging from $75,900 to 99,900. These are all 2/2 units. One is currently under contract. It was listed at $69,000. We don't have a closing price yet. Two sold, one in March and one the end of May for $64,000 and $74,000 respectively. The $64,000 was listed at $60,000 so I am assuming the Seller paid some closing costs since the Buyer may not have had enough cash to close.

But there has been one MLS sale in the last 6 months -74000 for the 1070 sq.ft unit.
There are 8 competing listing units,both 1070 and 1110 sq.ft from 75000 to 99900.
