Hi Beatriz, wish I could help you but I am not in your area...so let me provide some advice. Ask your friends, family, neighbors for suggestions. Be sure to interview several agents. Identify the qualities that matter most to you and look for them in your agent. Ask specifically what they will do to sell your home - in essence, ask them to present a marketing plan.

I believe that the two most important things are price and exposure - today over 80% of buyers are searching for homes online, and so you want an agent who is comfortable with and aggressively using the internet to market homes. Be sure they are familiar with your market and listent and follow their pricing recommendations.
