know how much it is worth
I have 2 acres in Albany for sale located between Hancock Bank and the Doctors Complex. There is a house and building on the property but the value is in the land. II will work with agents but I do not want to list it seeing how I renters in both structures. There is 290 ft of frontage on hwy 43 in the middle of downtown Albany. P.S. That is a good piece of property in Walker you have. I priced mine as if the ecomnomy has turned around. You do the same and in 6 to 12 months you may be able to get a better price. Just my feelings.

The link below will show you a CMA report so you can see the market activity in the area. Only one mls sale of commercial land comparable to yours has closed in the last year. But as you can see, there is a good bit of property on the market. The "sold" prices are a better pricing guideline to go by when considering the value of your property.
