i signed the contract on 8-27-09. with contingency periods given for appraisal, financing, and inspection. do i have to accept all the things in the inspection report. if i don't accept it all, can that terminate the contract all to gether? would there be any legal repurcussions for me?

You do not have to address concerns requested by the buyer. if you do not respond to the buyer's request by the end of the contingency period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract with no repercussions on either party. If the requests are minor in nature, you may want to address them to get your house sold, again, however, you do not have to agree to address everything in an inspection report.

You really need to have a good sit down talk with your Realtor and discuss your concerns with them. All of these are contingencies which means they are negotiable.
Please call your Realtor and meet with them today and let them know that you do need to know everything about this and if they are not sure then ask to meet with their Broker. Good Luck with this.
