know the prices i know the market...i am 30-40k less than the next comp unit in the building, i just want out because i have 2 other properties in myrlte as well. ive been through 3-4 real estate agents over the past couple of years and now that things are looking a little better in the market im dropping my price to sell immediately. if anyone is interested and knows they have clients looking for a unit like this and wants to make a very quick $$$, contact me.
