Price agressively and ask questions of the realtor you choose of how they will market to builders and investors. Some realtors are well connected in the investor community and some are not. If you have other examples of people doing that you might try to get them in the listing information or investor packet. Sounds like that is probably the highest and best use of the land if the current house is in bad shape.

I have a very good friend who builds duplexes and fourplexes for a living. As a matter of fact he is currently building 10 duplexes in central arlington and is always looking for more. Whats in it for me is I get comissions from him when he sells the duplexes he build.
