Hi Wayne, Lynne is correct. My only other suggestion would be to invite two agents into your home. This will allow you a comparison between the agents. If the two agents are more than 10k apart, ask questions regarding why and possibly invite a third agent. Hopefully this will help you.
Invite a Realtor to visit. She/he will assess your property, do a market for you of houses in your area that are currently on the market, have sold and closed or have an accepted contrach and are waiting to close. The marketing program will be explained and forms filled out and signed when you are ready to put your home on the marke t.
