You are in the Central Bucks school district, which is a very desireable location. If your home is priced right, you should not have a problem selling it in a timely matter. Homes in the warrington area are averaging 45-73 days to sell. Remember it is the best time to buy as well, so if you are looking to sell but also buy, no time is better than the present!

Market conditions in Warrington are absolutely fine. Central Bucks school district has been in great demand and some areas have seen a price increase. If your home is in a good location, priced well (very important) and is in good condition, you should not have any problems selling your house.

Keep in mind, almost 9 out of 10 home buyers, begin their search on the Internet, so make sure that you hire a Realtor who has a strong web presence and who can expose your house to multiple sources on the web.

I live in Warrington in Hickory Ridge. What development are you in? Warrington Hunt? Palomino Farms? There are very specific differences in certain neighborhoods. Sme neighborhoods are more desireable than others to different people. What is the condition of the home? How agressive do you want to be on pricing strategy? A more accurate assesment can be done if I know the neighborhood. Or you can log into my websitehttp:// www.SearchBucksMont.com and fill in the blanks for an online home assessment. Thanks for your question.

Hi , I live and work in Central Bucks area. This is a great school district. Homes that show well and those are priced right sell quickly. It depends on the price range of the house though. If it is over a certain price range, buyers may have a house to sell. Homes for first time buyers sell in a shorter time than larger homes. You should have a market evaluation of your home by a Realtor to know about the statistics for your development..

Hello

Warrington is a booming area with lots of activity. If priced properly and marketed professionally, your home should sell within 45 to 60 days.
