Hello

Warrington is a booming market right now with the new shopping mecca in place. There is alot of activity.

The house, if priced properly and marketed professionally should sell within 45 to 60 days.

Sophia, I hope you have sold your house by now. As otehrs have already mentioned , it depends on the price and if priced right you should be able to sell . People love to live in Warrington because of all that it has to offer.Homes in certain price range are selling quicker than in higher price range.

I think Warrington is finally being recognized for the "great place" it is to live and work. I live in Warrington and my children and grandchildren live here as well. I love talking with clients who are looking to locate in Warrington and telling them what a great place it is to live. Centrally located for easy access to Rt. 95 via Street Rd, 611 to Doylestown or Willow Grove, and County Line for access to Horsham, 309, and Montgomeryville. Wow! Who could ask for more convenience than that. Warrington homes sell quickly when, just like in any other area they are priced right, meet the needs of the client, and have been kept well by the homeowners over the years.

In response to the Warrington market, changes occur daily. The price and condition play a huge part on any home no matter what market or its' location. Understanding where buyers will be coming from also plays an important role in the marketing plan to sell a property. Depending on your situation and the need to sell will have a major impact on how long a property will sell. If you are still interested in the Warrington Home Sales Statistics, let me know and I will provide you with all the information and more.

Yours Sincerely,

You are in the Central Bucks school district, which is a very desireable location. If your home is priced right, you should not have a problem selling it in a timely matter. Homes in the warrington area are averaging 45-73 days to sell. Remember it is the best time to buy as well, so if you are looking to sell but also buy, no time is better than the present!

Market conditions in Warrington are absolutely fine. Central Bucks school district has been in great demand and some areas have seen a price increase. If your home is in a good location, priced well (very important) and is in good condition, you should not have any problems selling your house.

Keep in mind, almost 9 out of 10 home buyers, begin their search on the Internet, so make sure that you hire a Realtor who has a strong web presence and who can expose your house to multiple sources on the web.

I live in Warrington in Hickory Ridge. What development are you in? Warrington Hunt? Palomino Farms? There are very specific differences in certain neighborhoods. Sme neighborhoods are more desireable than others to different people. What is the condition of the home? How agressive do you want to be on pricing strategy? A more accurate assesment can be done if I know the neighborhood. Or you can log into my website http://www.SearchBucksMont.com and fill in the blanks for an online home assessment. Thanks for your question.

Hi , I live and work in Central Bucks area. This is a great school district. Homes that show well and those are priced right sell quickly. It depends on the price range of the house though. If it is over a certain price range, buyers may have a house to sell. Homes for first time buyers sell in a shorter time than larger homes. You should have a market evaluation of your home by a Realtor to know about the statistics for your development..
