Videos and slideshows with music are not what buyers what. As Bill mentioned below, they want to "click click click" through them. No music, no narration, just good quality photos. That will help most (along with price) to sell the home.

I do my own custom slide shows/virtual tours by uploading the pictures to my website. It's part of the package from my website provider. It's not like the old days where we needed to pay someone to create a tour. Most of our cameras come with the tools we need to do it easily. I do virtual tours whether it's a $55k listing or a $700K listing. Like Bill said, people want to look quickly. 4 minutes is a long time to capture someone's attention. I would suggest making it shorter. People can read the details if they are interested. Just my opinion...

I can create these myself so I don't pay for them. In addition my broker/Franchise provides free virtual tours.

I pay Nate Dorn at Dornstar Productions a few bills for my quarterly videos and I pay the best Intown Atlanta Virtual Tour Service, showing247.com, led by Trulia Voice, Lisa Crowder, a few bills for every online flyer. Best marketing dollars that I spend.

What makes this narrated slide show so special, Mary?

Most of those are done extra cheesily and only work on mind numbed exurbans...

Mary,

Frankly I did the same thing that most buyer would do while reviewing the "slide show narration." I terminated it...in our opiniion most searchers want to preview as many pictures as they can in as short a period as possible.......click, click, click........

Many people are not willing to invest their time to be entertained......click, click, click
