how long is a home on the market in located in sw paulding county priced @ 149,000 we are relocating and must?
sell soon we have over 200,000 in this home and paid 169,000 for it 18 months ago has been on the market over 8 months but at that time was priced much higher,what does it take to move a home in paulding county?
home is ready to move in,was built in 2007 has in ground pool,finished basement,sod,stainless steel kitchen we have delcuttered,cleaned,staged still cannot sale.
