THe house was appraised at $410,000 It has a masterbedroom and bathroom with a jacuzzi. 2 bedrooms upstair with a office and a full bath. 2 livingrooms. Nice fenced in yard with a small goldfish pond. walkout deck for the master bedroom and kitchen. Open basement floor plan with partial bedroom. only problem is septic tank is constantly running. Any suggestions???

This is not normal and indicates that this is not a properly working septic system. Get a septic system contractor out there to determine what the problem is. It is likely to be clogged field lines, which can be replaced.
