RI Burch,

You are welcome to search all area MLS-MRIS listings on my website by County, Town, Zip Code, or by Listing#.
Let me know when you are ready to pre-view any of those homes and sign Buyer/Broker Agreement.

Best Regards

I'm a Realtor in Northern Virginia, focusing on Fairfax, Falls Church, West Springfield, and surrounding areas. Kathy described the process quite well. You'd narrow the parameters somewhat--by price, by number of bedrooms and baths, perhaps by square footage, perhaps by age, perhaps by lot size, and so on. Then we'd set up an automatic e-mail notification system so that every time a home meeting those criteria is listed, you receive a notice and a link to the MRIS listing.

If you're an out-of-town owner, as Kathy also suggested, it's very simple to set up a similar process dealing with any rental properties in West Springfield. And the searches can be set up by community name, such as "Kings Park West."

Hope that helps.

Hi RI

I live, and work in the West Springfield area. I would be happy to set you up with an automatic e-mail of homes sales in your area. The first thing would probably be to better define your search criteria. Once I have that I can send you many different options. Homes for sale, homes under contract, homes that have sold in a given timeframe. I can even send you rental info. Feel free to contact me directly by e-mail or phone to better clarify you criteria.

If you contact a local realtor I'm sure that he/she could send you a portal to the MLS. I do this for a lot of my clients, so they can watch properties within a certain criteria. If you do not have a relationship with a local realtor, I'd be happy to refer someone to you! Thanks!
