Hi Joe,

In order to list your house on Trulia you will need to do it through an agent. If you are not currently using one contact me and we can discuss your options.

Joe:

Here are some facts about FSBO's for you to consider as well from Survey in 2010 from NAR.

→ Only 9% of sales in 2010 were FSBO’s, almost 50% of FSBO’s knew the buyer personally.
→ The Median Selling Price of FSBO’s is 29% lower than agent Assisted Sales. Simply put if FSBO’s used an agent they would NET at least 23% MORE MONEY..
→ A higher percent of FSBO’s need to sell their homes very urgently. IE, financial pressures create leverage to buyers, which in turn results in a lower sales price.

here is a blog i wrote about Market time, which might be of some help to you as well.

You are required to have a listing agent post your home for sale. Contact your agent provide Trulia link

If you are for sale by owner, Trulia does not allow the post, you can however try blogging about the property; if and when you do list with an agent, he/she can post it for you, jus ask; or consider any flat fee realty company that feeds into this site.
