Pam,

If you mean on this site in particular, it has to be done through an agent/broker. However, as an owner you may place an ad in the blog section, and even upload photos and video along with posting links. On the other hand, if you mean as a FSBO and speaking/posting in general terms, you may find the blog attached to the link below of some interest. Good luck.

You can list your home one of two ways. The first one is you can try and sell it on your own and advertise it on in various websites. I don't suggest it in today's current market which is very challenging. If you do please be prepared for the emails and phone calls from brokers enticing you to list with them. The second method of listing your home which I suggest is using a broker. Before call anyone ask for referrals first and get feedback. Do your research and about the broker, the firm. What will you do for me, where will you be advertising my home? How often are you going to be holding open houses, will you give me feedback after each one? Realtors are your best solution to guarantee you the best qualified buyer. Good luck.

Hi Pam,

You need to call a realtor. Having a realtor will give you the most amount of exposure and coverage. As far as pricing goes...we are the best source to let you know what the current market value is. Please feel free to contact me on my personal email for any indepth questions. I would be happy to assist you in any way.

Thank you,

How do you list your home? Give me a call 631-425-6150 or email me Gail@GailGladstone.com and I will provide you with a written current market analysis (complimentary) so you will have a fairly good expectation of what your house will bring ($), provide you with a written list of all the marketing venues, and provide you with written marketing plan.

I suggest you also interview several other Realtors. Most importantly, you must like the person you are going to work with and 2), you must have confidence in them and what they propose to do.
