how do I change the price of a home that is listed in mls and needs to be lowered to 499,900 #20925316?

Phyllis,

I agree with Jeanne about the direct feed. If that doesn't work or if its not a direct feed, you can click the button next to the right of the picture - report error and let Trulia know that the price is incorrect. If its a direct feed, I would give it 24 hours to update before hitting the report error button. I had to do that with one of my listings and Trulia corrected the price.

If you are a broker you should have access to this feature on Rapatoni MLS.

FIRST ANSWER

Hi Phyllis, is the MLS price correct at this point? If so and your broker has a direct feed to Trulia the price change should catch up, much like happens with the feed to Realtor.com. If not, then Trulia support can help - I'd suggest you repost in the "using Trulia" section.
