The Great City of Hercules has not yet adopted this policy as of today, however it is in the process. You will need to contact the City building department first to verify, and then perhaps the county building departments to be sure. Even if a realtor in the area tells you about it, they could be wrong, or things could have changed at the last city meeting, so you need to contact them. Good luck!
