Most likely that will be a foreclosure agent. Is your home in foreclosure? Most likely those homes sold for pennies on the dollar. Would that be an acceptable price?

If not, then I suggest contacting a few local real estate companies or agents from their signs.

You can also go to http://mirealtors.com the Michigan Association of Realtors and/or Google your area and see who's name comes up with homes for your area. Interview at least 3 agents.
