You'll have to ask the Realtors you are interviewing, keep in mind there are a few ways to generate those reports, therefore you may want more than one report. However, the most important thing is not what the reports show--but-- how well will your agent market your house to attract as many buyers as possible and that agent could be hidden anywhere.
