I wonder if your local realty board -- which is the Long Island Board of Realtors in West Babylon, sorry I don't have the phone number -- would be able to give you some stats if you called and asked nicely? Sometimes they will.

Your question is not a simple one, your home has to be looked at and then compaired to other homes in your town. Size, number of rooms,lot size,street,basment, are just a few things that can change the list price of a home, and rember the list price is not allways what most homes end up selling for!
