The builder of the home that you are inquiring about is Silvercrest; they are out of south bay, and quite well known. Generally speaking, a manufactured home can give you a better value for your money and a much newer home with current upgrades. Some of them even include new appliances, full landscaped and sprinklered front and back yards.

Unfortunately, this property was not sold to a buyer. The house foreclosed and went back to the bank on 8/06/08 valued at $306,000. This should be available to buy as an REO as soon as the bank hires a real estate company to sell it.
