Ma'am, you seem to have exceptional mortgage knowledge and access to lending sources in America who are above all the new Federal Lending Laws and who would actually be willing to issue a CTC (Clear To Close) IN ADVANCE of a borrower shopping for a property.
This is VERY impressive, so can you please share with everyone what lender(s) you know who is able to do such a thing? Or better yet, could you have any of your lenders respond to your post below?
