duck house was it worth the price.

we purchased a fixer upper, 4 bedroom 2 bath house in duck on west side with some ocean views.the heated space is1560 square feet,lot size is10200 square feet .we installed all new doors, windows,decks,upscale siding,hardwood floors and new kitchen when all is said and done we will have invested aprox 75k.
