You will need some sort of agent in order to get your home listed on Trulia. Trulia pulls most of their listings from the local MLS and therefore you would need your house listed in order to have it show up on Trulia. Let me know if I can help in any way.

No, you do not. You have to list your home with an MLS, which will get you onto the Trulia site. To do that, you will need some form of agent relationship, either a full-service listing or a cut-rate, MLS only listing. FSBOs cannot list on Trulia. Give it careful consideration, because the correct answer is not always the most intuitive one. Statistics suggest that homes sold with a seller's agent typically sell for 15% more than FSBOs, so even after you pay your agent, you could very well still end up with more money in your pocket when all is said and done. Best of luck in selling your home.

TO branch off on what Jim Olive said, buyers will likely target a FSBO thinking they can negotiate a lower sale price simply because there is no agent involved.
Using an agent will save time and money in the long run.
Hope this helps with your decision!
