No, you do not. You have to list your home with an MLS, which will get you onto the Trulia site. To do that, you will need some form of agent relationship, either a full-service listing or a cut-rate, MLS only listing. FSBOs cannot list on Trulia. Give it careful consideration, because the correct answer is not always the most intuitive one. Statistics suggest that homes sold with a seller's agent typically sell for 15% more than FSBOs, so even after you pay your agent, you could very well still end up with more money in your pocket when all is said and done.
