While you don't have to be an agent to list your home on Trulia.com, I encourage you to check out our For Sale By Owner Real Estate services at CMESELL.com. We are a licensed real estate company in the state of Washington and we offer an alternative for people that wish to sell their homes themselves. On Trulia you do not have to be an agent to list your home for sale but with me at Windermere we would need to ahve a listing agreement to list your home and have it marketed properly. If that is something you are interested in please give me a call or email. thank you!

Thanks for the question. No, you do not have to be an agent to list your home with our company or any other Real Estate company. In order for the listing to be on the Windermere web site you would need to enter into a listing agreement with one of our Windermere offices. There is a local office in Gig Harbor to serve your needs.
