can not move out of my property on settlement date?

what could I do if I could not move out on the settlement date & buyer disagreed for an extention?

Ask if the Buyer agree to lease-back option. Each day you will pay prorated fee.
But you need to speak with attorney as well.

You probably should have a real-estate attorney review your purchase and sale agreement.

Perhaps, if you were offer to pay for the buyer's holding costs (storage, change of date fees for moving expenses, hotel stay, etc) and rent for that additional time, then the buyer will be more receptive to your request.
