50,000 built in equity.I have needed to relocate for 18 mo but the market is sooo bad on this price renge home on camano island.
Camano has been hit hard. I grew up there. I sometimes think the problem with the Island and Stanwood in general, is poor outdated marketing methods, very poor photos and lousy commission structures for buyers agents. Really take a close look online at the home listed in that market then click on this link.. At least it gives you the chance to sell your home..

Good luck with the sale of your home, Dunes
Dear Ben,
I wanted to be your local agent to let you know it is a very challenging market right now, but not impossible. Is your home currently listed and do you have room to negotiate? I would be happy to visit with you and look at all of the positive choices you may have. Relocating is something you want to do and perhaps we can make that happen. I specialize on Camano Island only, so maybe there are some good ideas I may share with you.
Thanks,
Jan Mather
Ben - you are welcome to contact me. I am a real estate auctioneer and after qualifying your property for auction, work with our national network of experienced real estate auction companies to sell your home. The accelerated marketing period is usually 4-6 weeks that will bring a no-contingency sales contract and close 30 days later.
Regards
