can an individual list their home on realtor.com? Is there a fee & what is it? How do you go about listing it?

Searcher,

In spite of some claims, as far as I know you still must be listed in the MLS, which requires an agent, to appear on Realtor.com. If you opt for a flat fee aka MLS entry only type of service, then in all likelihood your house will be listed on Realtor.com. See my link on doing a fsbo in your other thread regarding this type of service.
