Yes. Even without a realtor you can get your home on Realtor.com by signing up on ShowcaseBySeller.com
Cost is $99.00.

All properties listed on the MLS feed into Realtor.com in my area. So as the prior poster stated, your listing will feed to Realtor.com regardless of how you are listed on the MLS - full service or limitied service.

There are higher levels of service on Realtor.com so if listing with an agent, make sure that she subscribes to the showcase service - will give you more and better exposure.

To avoid hassles and speed up the sale of your property, it is always recommended to have a professional real estate agent.

Just adding it to REALTOR.com isn't possible today. They pull from the local MLS boards across the country. Adding it won't make it sell, there are millions listed here so find an agent that has their listings showcased to draw you more eyeballs on your house. If you do a search in your area you can tell who is doing the enhanced listings. Houses that sell are marketed properly and priced appropriately for the size condition and availablilty.

I hope this helps you. As a seller REALTOR.com helps you evaluate local listing agents.

If you list your property with an agent and your agent can arrange to send this listin on realtor.com. Good luck
