Has it been updated inside? What is the sq.ft. Is there What do you need to get out of the selling price.
Are you moving? down sizing? having mortgage problems? If you would like a CMA on the property please contact me at joanrsales@gmail .com. I am a local realtor with ERA Twin County in Aberdeen.

The real estate professional that answers your question needs to know three things:
1. Your property
2. Your personal situation (when you need to sell, how much you need to net, how much you owe on the property, etc.).
3. Your local market values and trends.

I agree, a local Realtor would be best. If you need a referral, let me know and I will help you find a great Realtor in Aberdeen.

Good luck.
Keith

Hello,

You can conduct some online due diligence on your own by using truila and zillow. Once your familiar with the price range of your residence it's time to interview the right agent that specializes in your area. You can do so by checking all of us out here on truila or zillow. Being a real estate agent myself, I research immensely other agents before I partner with them.

For effective marketing purposes, an agent "should have" a professionally designed website of their own and have links for potential buyers to see your residence. Creating a separate property website can also do wonders. When Interviewing the agents, request for them to provide you with their recently solds listing prices vs. sold prices. If I can be of assistance by being your birddog, let me know.

Kind regards,

Eduard - I have a house in Ocean Shores and a real estate agent friend in Aberdeen as well if you need help - You really do need a local agent to come in there and give you market analysis on your house for you. I would have at least two or three as well just to make sur eyou find an agent who is a godo fit for you:)

Hi Eduard,

You should have a local Aberdeen real estate agent do a CMA for you. It's free, and will give you a good set of comparable home sales to base your price on.

Let me know if you need a referral to a RE/MAX agent in your area.
