Yes, if your home is priced and marketed properly you could sell in the time frame you're desiring. Make sure to consult with a local real estate professional, they can help walk you through the steps to reaching your goal

First of all, I am sorry that you are in this situation whereby it seems that you have to sell your house.
It is attainable to sell your house quickly.
To determine specifically if this is a possibilty for you to sell, we need to examine with you what other properties are selling for you in the area.
Of course you would like to get the highest and best possible price for your home.
We work very closely to you in this area and if you would like more information on how we can help you can contact us. We have be selling in the area for 27 years.
The best to you,

It's possible if you were to aggressively price the home to undercut the market in the area. Unfortunately you purchased less than two years ago, so it might be necessary to take a loss which might involve bringing a check to closing to cover the difference. And doing a short sale (where the bank takes a loss) would probably take longer than 3 months to complete.

I'm don't sell homes in your area, but there are some very good agents that work in your area. Go to 'Find A Pro' at the top of the page.

Pricing your home aggressively for your market will allow you to complete your task of selling the home in a 3 month period.
