I am not sure if you have resolved the problem but it looks like your listing is expired. This is the type of listing that needs a better than average marketing plan. You need an agent that has a personal web site, that uses all types of media, print, photo, Internet, social, and video. I syndicate all of my listings on over 40 real estate web sites, portals, and search engines.
