Hello Dave:

Thanks for your question about Wisconsin Referral Forms. I agree with the last two Realtor's responses. We do not have a Wisconsin Approved Referral Form, however as Brokers we can write up our own and we keep it very simple.

We document the Referral is for:
_____ Listing prospect referred to my office
_____ Buying prospect referred to my office
_____ Listing prospect referred to your office
_____ Buying prospect referred to your office

and then we document the Referral Fee:
_____ Your office to receive _____% of our office listing commission
_____ Your office to receive _____% of our office buying commission
_____ Our office to receive ______% of you office listing commission
_____ Our office to receive ______% of your office buying commission

Once all signatures are procured, acknowledging the Referral Agreement, we exchange prospect name, phone numbers and/or e-mail addresses, etc.

Hope this helps?

Dave,

We don't have a forms approved by our forms committee that is used throughout the state. Most brokers have a form that they use. They are about as simply as you can get. Broker A agrees to pay Broker B a referral fee of _______ at closing for __________ services.

We have a form that we use, or I just draw one up. It's a pretty simple form.
