Will I have to repay my 3750 of the 7500 tax credit since the house was refinanced without my name?

My ex bf and I bought a house together and we both claimed the 7500 tax credit on ours taxes getting 3750 a piece. We just split and he is refinancing the house in his name. Where does that put me on repaying my 3750?
