i believe with trulia - the agent must adjust the price manually. they probably haven't yet or aren't going to because honestly - we don't get much buyer leads from trulia.

Leads come from signs, mlsli.com, realtor.com, coldwellbanker.com and advertisements.

Was it adjusted recently--if so may not have caught up yet, also ask your Reator.

Hi Shanta,

When was the price adjusted? Sometimes it takes a day or 2 to be reflected on Trulia. It is fed to Trulia either by your broker/agent or the MLS system it is on.
Do you know your MLS number and I can check it for you?

Thanks
Cathy
