hello.
the listing needs to manually put in by your agent.

HI Rebecca - it's been a month - your home is on Trulia - our mls has syndication but if you don't sign up for it and your broker's site is not syndicated or you don't have your own website that is syndicated, it will not go anywhere! One big problem I see is that you only have 14 photos and your VT is the same 14 photos! Our mls is capable of 30 photos. With all you have to offer - that should be easy!

hello,
well there could be a couple of reasons. one could be that the agent did not syndicate it to other websites, they did not enter it into Trulia, or they do not have a trulia profile to enter their listings

Hi Rebecca,

I believe your agent has to put your listing on Trulia, unless the listing broker pays a fee to Trulia, in which case, it will automatically be put on.

I'm sure a broke/owner out there will correct me it this is not the case.

Hi Rebecca,
Trulia is supposed to pick up all MLS listings - it is an automatic feed. I have found, however, that there are often errors (why?). I always check all of my own listings all on all websites to verify the accuracy. There are times that they need to be corrected or modified. Your agent can contact Trulia about this.
