Why does my house only show up on Trulia when I enter the exact address? When I do a search for price range, etc., the house does not appear.

FIRST ANSWER

Is it listed with a realtor? A home will show the history of the property but not actively as "For Sale" unless listed with a real estate company as far as I know.
