The listing is correct on our REALTOR® database. Somewhere between our BLC (formerly the MLS) and Trulia, data has been mismanaged.
Your example is one of countless errors that are pervasive on Trulia, Zillow, and other web sites that extract broker data from our listing database and repurpose it for their use.
And it confirms that the data here ought not be trusted. When you have questions about real property, your best bet is to contact the REALTOR® whom you trust.
